Top 5 Most Painful Moments Arsenal Fans Won't Forget (Photos)

Arsenal Football Club fans have endured some quite trying times over the last few years.

Right from the time of Gunner's legendary manager, Arsenal Wenger, Unai Emery and to current boss Mike Arteta, Arsenal fans has endured terrible moments which they will find very hard to forget.

Below are my top 5 most painful Mlmoments Arsenal fans son't forget easily:

1. Manchester United 8:2 Arsenal (August 2011)

Wayne Rooney scored a hat-trick in an unbelievable performance as Manchester United inflicted total humiliation on Arsenal and their embattled manager Arsene Wenger with a brutal victory at Old Trafford.

Believe me Arsenal won't like to see this again. The result was so embarrassing and hurtful.

2. Newcastle 4 - 4 Arsenal (February, 2011)

This is another moment Arsenal fans won't forget. Imagine after going up 4 nil first half after quick fire 🔥 goals.

Theo Walcott scored after 44 seconds before a Johan Djourou header and a strike from Robin van Persie put Arsenal 3-0 ahead inside 10 minutes and 4-0 at 26 minutes.

The turning point started for the Magpies after Abou Diaby was sent for a foul on Joey Barton. The English man converted the penalty, before Leon Best made it 4-2, Joey Barton scored the second penalty to give Newcastle a life line.

And finally, Cheike Tiote's stroke late at the 87th Minute to capped off a truly amazing comeback by Newcastle United at St. James Park.

So painful.

3. Arsenal 1-2 Birmingham (Carling Cup Final, February 2011)

Arsene Wenger's men failed to capitalised their chance of winning a silverware since when they last won the FA Cup in 2004. So therefore the Gunner's has already gone 6 years without any trophy 🏆. Victory against Birmingham would have cancel such unwanted record.

However, Obafemi Martins pounced on a calamitous Arsenal defensive mix-up two minutes from time as Birmingham City claimed their first major silverware since 1963 by winning the Carling Cup at Wembley.

4. Chelsea 4-1 Arsenal (Europa League Final, May 2019
)

This is possibly the saddest moment for Arsenal fans during the reign of Unai Emery. Arsenal were thrashed 4-1 at Olympic Stadium Baku in Azerbaijan 🇦🇿.

Double goals from Hazard and one from Pedro and former striker, Olivier Giroud was enough to condemn Arsenal to defeat.

That defeat made Arsenal the first team to concede four 4⃣ goals in a Uefa Cup/Europa League final since Middlesbrough lost 4-0 to Sevilla in 2006.

5. Chelsea 6-0 Arsenal (March 2014)

This is another defeat that Arsenal fans will hardly forget. What's more painful than losing to a manager that called your coach a "specialist in failure"? A game that marked Wenger's 1, 000th game as Arsenal manger ended in tears for the French man.

The Gunners were demolished by José Mourinho’s boys at Stamford Bridge 🌉. Chelsea were already up with 2 goals in 7th minutes and 4 nil first half.

Oscar and Mo Salah completed the show as Jose Mourinho marked Chelsea's biggest margin of victory against Arsenal.
