Manchester United and Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes has proven time ⌚ without numbers that he is the best midfielder in England. Though the small stature midfielder has been ignorantly and wrongly criticised by some people who don't know football because of the penalties he usually plays and scores.
The 25-year-old who joined from Sporting Lisbon in January in a £55m deal has showed his goal and assisting prowess by scoring two and assisting one against Everton to reduce the pressure on United boss, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer.
The Portugal international clearly makes United click – his arrival proved the catalyst for Champions League qualification last season, and he made the difference yet again in their 3-1 win over Everton.

After seeing this statistics you would have a rethink or another view of the Portuguese magnificio as he is fondly called in his home country.Since Fernandes made his debut in February 2020, Liverpool's Mohamed Salah is the only player to score more than his 13 Premier League goals.
– Despite being called a Pernandes, he has scored seven non-penalty league goals since making his debut. No Premier League midfielder has scored more in that period.
– With 10 goals and five assists, Fernandes has more goal involvements in his first 10 Premier League away matches than any player in the competition’s history.
– His efforts against Everton were acknowledged with the Man of the Match award – the fifth time Fernandes has been given the accolade since moving to England. No player has received more during the period.
Do you still need to call 🤙 him Pernandes? Do you still see him as a penalty merchant? In my opinion, Fernandes is better than De Bruyne and Pogba.
