And now, with the help of the exciting young players like Daniel James, Ethan Ampadu, and Neco Williams, the current Wales squad has fulfilled the dream of millions of Welsh people, which greats such as Ian Rush and Ryan Giggs couldn’t achieve. Former manager Chris Coleman, and the current manager Rob Page, also deserve praise.

Gareth Bale, the country’s all-time top scorer, has undoubtedly achieved the status of being the greatest Welsh player by helping his country qualify. This is arguably Bale’s biggest moment of his career. This is a moment every captain lives for - leading his country to the world cup and in the world cup. This is the beauty of the game!
