Watch Hilarious Moment Port Residents Beat Up PHED Officials Who Tried To Disconnect Power (Video)
Two Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) employees were attacked while attempting to disconnect defaulters' power lines in Rumuewhara, Port Harcourt.
A video circulated online shows two PHED officials, one on top of a ladder disconnecting electrical wires and the other at the bottom.
Suddenly, residents attacked the PHED official at the bottom of the stairway, throwing him to the ground and laying blows on him.
During this time, a woman approaches the ladder and pulls it, causing the PHED official on top of it to fall many feet to the ground.

This happened in Rumuewhara Port Harcourt. PHED officials can’t be treated like this.
