It is no longer news that Nigerian music legend, 2 face Innocent Idibia has been appointed as the regional goodwill ambassador of UNHCR.
The "African Queen"👑 crooner took to his official social media accounts to make the announcement.
Making the announcement, he wrote;
“Honoured and humbled by my appointment as regional goodwill ambassador of UNHCR. Thanks for the recognition. This will no doubt deepen my commitment to supporting the effort of UNHCR personnel and volunteers who are on ground every day, working hard to provide support and hope to millions of forcefully displaced persons across the world.
Special thanks to donors and supporters of the cause. Blessings one and all.”
Since then a lot of celebrities including musicians, comedians, actors and actress has flooded his page with congratulatory messages for his achievements.

UNHCR‘s mandate does not apply to Palestinian refugees , who are assisted by UNRWA .
